Mumbai: Governor doesn't interfere in the affairs of the government. It is an attempt to create a kind of political pressure. Raj Bhavan meant to help the government, not to pull the feet. If you try to pull your feet, your feet will collapse. In these words, Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut has warned Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari. He said this while talking to the press in Delhi today (Wednesday, August 4).

Sanjay Raut further said, 'Governor, don't try to block the government elected by the people who have been sworn in under the Constitution for political reasons. Whether it is the issue of legislative council MLAs or the issue of appointment of MPSC. It is an attempt to bring political pressure in a way, let the governor not get into such controversies. But this is happening continuously in Maharashtra and West Bengal.'

Sanjay Raut further said that it has to be seen who has asked the governor to intervene. The work that belongs to the Cabinet, the CM, is trying to get into those tasks. Sanjay Raut said, 'I have heard what Nawab Malik said in the context of the Governor. It's anti-constitutional. The governor is empowered to take stock of the government's actions. It does not require visits at the village level.'
