In fact, during the show, Karan Johar asked a lot of questions from contestants to Sidnaz. Meanwhile, answering his questions, Sidharth made a shocking revelation about his relationship with Shehnaaz. In fact, Sidharth Shukla told Karan, 'We are both in a relationship.'

Hearing Siddharth's reply, Karan asked him once again, 'Do you want to say that you are both in a relationship? Sidharth replied yes. Shehnaaz also said yes to Siddhartha.
