The sixth mission of 'Operation Ajay' successfully brought 143 evacuees, including two Nepalese citizens, back to New Delhi from Israel. This operation is an ongoing effort by India's External Affairs Ministry to bring Indian nationals home amidst the ongoing Hamas-Israel conflict, which shows no signs of resolution. Since the conflict erupted in the Middle East, India has been committed to evacuating all willing Indian citizens.

Union Minister Faggan Singh Kulaste extended a warm welcome to the 143 passengers who arrived in the Indian capital on the sixth flight of this evacuation mission. This operation began over 12 days ago when India initiated efforts to bring its citizens back from Israel as the situation in the region continued to escalate due to Israel's intensified attacks in Gaza.

External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Arindam Bagchi shared the news on social media, stating, "The 6th #OperationAjay flight has landed in New Delhi with 143 passengers, including 2 Nepalese citizens." With this latest evacuation, India has successfully repatriated over 1,343 people from the conflict-ridden Israel. It's worth noting that India has also previously sent aid to Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, providing support to those affected by the ongoing strife.
