Patna: The issue of IPS Vikas Vaibhav and DG Shobha Ahotkar in Bihar does not seem to be stopping. Actually, DG Shobha Ahotkar was accused of abusing IPS Vikas Vaibhav, after which this matter has been gaining momentum. At the same time, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has expressed displeasure over Vikas Vaibhav's allegations against Shobha Ahotkar on social media. In the midst of this commotion, on Thursday (February 16), CM Nitish Kumar had to face a huge public protest in Begusarai during the Samadhan Yatra regarding Vikas Vaibhav. In Begusarai, angry people raised slogans of 'Nitish Kumar Murdabad' due to no action against DG Shobha Ahotkar. Here, when CM Nitish Kumar was going to the collectorate for a review meeting after visiting the Begusarai block office, meanwhile, people near his convoy wrote 'Nitish Kumar Hosh Mein Aao,' 'Nitish Kumar Murdabad' and 'Vikas Vaibhav Zindabad' along with Vikas Vaibhav's picture.

The people present here to oppose Nitish Kumar were calling IPS Vikas Vaibhav as 'Son of Begusarai' and were demanding action against Home Guard DG Shobha Ahotkar. Due to the sloganeering by the youth, there was an atmosphere of chaos for some time. People shouting slogans here said that Vikas Vaibhav is a true and honest officer. He is an inspiration for the youth of Bihar. Abusing and misbehaving with such an officer is wrong. The youth will never tolerate this.
