According to a report, the poster was put up by RJD state general secretary Prem Kumar Yadav right in front of Rabri Devi's residence. It reads, "Smile, you are in a government with employment. The Grand Alliance government in Bihar, formed for public concern, will provide 20 lakh jobs or employment to educated unemployed youth. The decision awaited was passed by the Cabinet.
