The tourists are reaching here in large numbers to see the plains of Manali, which is littered with snow. On one side, Snow Point Solanganala is buzzing with tourists. So the tourists on the other side are having fun amidst the snow. A large number of tourists reached Solanganala on Monday. In such a situation, Solanganala of Manali has become the first choice of the tourists. Apart from this, there is a crowd of tourists in Nehru Kund, Palchan, Fatru. The same tourists are enjoying skiing, paragliding and snow scooters here. At the same time, there is a lot of fun and fidgeting amidst the snow, with the increase in the number of tourists, the faces of tourism businessmen have also blossomed.
The tourists are enjoying snow scooters, paragliding, sledding, skiing and horse riding in Solanganala. With this, Hotel Association President Anoop Ram Thakur said that the number of tourists has increased after the opening of the season. Due to bad weather, the first tourists were not allowed to go beyond Nehrukund and Palachan. But now one can go to Solanganala, Palchan, Fatru. Apart from this, Himachal is getting cold after the snowfall. The same temperature is running in minus parts in many parts of Shimla including Kufri, Keylong and Kalpa.
Apart from this, the minimum temperature of Keylong, headquarters of Lahaul has reached minus 14.4 degrees. The same Kalpa Para-6.8, Kufri-3.0, Manali-2.8, Dalhousie 0.8, Dharamsala 2.4 and Shimla recorded minimum temperature of 1.5 degrees. Apart from Manali-Leh, Ani-Luhri NH, about 100 roads are still closed across the state. Transport corporation buses are also stuck in these roads. The corporation management has instructed the driver operator not to drive buses in snowfall and fog. On one hand, traffic on the National Highway in Kinnaur is stalled by traffic. According to the Meteorological Department, the Western Disturbance has become active since Monday. The same is expected to bring rain and snowfall in the state on January 20 and 21. After this, the weather is expected to remain clear till 26th.
