Palghar: A case of souring relationships has come to light in Maharashtra's Palghar. On February 1, a 35-year-old man killed his father. After which the police arrested the criminal son. It is being said that the man had asked for money from his father. When his father refused to give the money, he killed him in a fit of rage.

The same case is of Ranjanpara in the Jahar area. According to the police, the deceased Janu Mali (70) used to receive a few rupees every month under a government scheme. He withdrew Rs 900 from his bank account for some work. After which his son Ravindra Mali started asking him for the money. But Janu flatly refused to give the money. The criminal did not like his father's words and beat him up. Due to the beating, Janu suffered very serious injuries, after which she was taken to Mokra Hospital. Doctors referred him to the Hospital in Nashik in view of his critical condition. But Ravindra brought him home instead of taking him to Nashik. After which he died the next day.

The family lodged a complaint with the police. Based on the complaint, the police arrested the culprit Ravindra and registered a case under Section 302 against him. At the same time, the body of the deceased was sent for post-mortem. Police are currently taking further action.
