Ever since the accusation of sexual harassment has been framed on The Viral Fever's CEO Arunabh Kumar, it becomes the topic of discussion. After Twinkle Khanna now Sonakshi Sinha opened up on the issue.

Sonakshi Sinha said, "Sexual harassment at work is neglected by women as they do not wish to come openly about their experience. Women are still ashamed of the repercussions that will come their way when they speak about it. I also feel that women still feel they will be blamed for whatever has happened to them like it is happening right now. Until and unless women support each other and stand by each other, that will not change." She added, "It should be made very important for the government to take an initiative where they make women understand that you are not at fault if something like this happens to you. So that they can have the courage to come up and share their not so good experiences with the concerned authorities in order to enable them to get justice at least."
