New Delhi: Sonia Gandhi, Chairperson of the Congress Parliamentary Party, has been hospitalized at Delhi's Sir Ganga Ram Hospital due to mild fever. She is currently under the care of doctors and in stable condition.

This marks her third hospitalization in 2023. Earlier in the year, Sonia Gandhi was admitted to the same hospital on January 12, 2023, for the treatment of a viral respiratory infection and was discharged on January 17, 2023. Subsequently, on March 2, 2023, she was once again admitted to the hospital due to fever.

Notably, Sonia Gandhi had recently attended the INDIA alliance meeting of the Opposition in Mumbai on August 31, where she was accompanied by her son, Congress MP Rahul Gandhi.
