Monday, Congress president Sonia Gandhi and vice president Rahul Gandhi will address two kilometer mega rally at Nagpur from Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh’s headquarters (RSS). According to Congress leaders, Nagpur was selected for this mega rally not because the city is the RSS headquarters but for the city’s special connection with Dr.Ambedkar.
The rally is concluded as it’s a Dr. Ambedkar 125th anniversary, which congress claim to celebrated for last one year. Heavy security arranged for the duo as they are scheduled to address an expected crowed of around 1 lakh today evening.
The Gandhis would first go to “Deekshabhoomi” (the place where Dr.Ambedkar converted to Buddhism with his followers) to pay respects to the architect of the Indian constitution.
