Dehradun: Badrinath-Kedarnath temple committee is going to prepare 'Chandan Vatika' in Karnataka soon. As for this, land in Karnataka has been selected. The special thing is that sandalwood plants are already installed in the land. Sandalwood has a special importance in the worship of Badri-Kedar temple. Both the dham consume about two quintals of sandalwood every year. At the same time, the Badrinath-Kedarnath Temple Committee was having difficulty in raising sandalwood for some time. Sandalwood was not available as per demand. When industrialist Mukesh Ambani came to Badrinath Dham in the last travel season, he has asked the committee to find a place to prepare Chandan Vatika in Karnataka.

Mukesh Ambani will donate: It has been learned that he had proposed to name it Badrish Dhirubhai Ambani Chandan Vatika. Due to this, Mohan Prasad Thapliyal, President of Badrinath Temple Committee, Chief Executive BD Singh and Executive Engineer Anil Dhyani can go to Karnataka to find land.

For your information, we should give you that after looking at the land in many places, the land adjoining the National Highway in Shikarpur, Tehsil of Simoga district of Karnataka, was seen. There are 2400 sandalwood plants in this land spread over four acres. At the same time, the committee talked to the owner of the land and they have accepted it with pleasure. The chairman of the temple committee, Mohan Prasad Thapliyal said that the owner of the land is Mahalingeshwar. He will give this land on the highway at a circle rate. Soon, its proposal will be sent to famous industrialist Mukesh Ambani. After buying that land, he got his father's self. Dhiru is going to donate to Badrinath-Kedarnath temple in the name of Bhai Ambani.
