Sourav Ganguly, who earned an uncountable name in the world of cricket, has had a brilliant career, with his superb batting and strong captaincy, he rules the hearts of millions. Ganguly is the only player to win the Man of the Match award for four consecutive times in the international ODI history in the world of cricket from Dada's nose.

He is one of the 14 cricketers in the world to have special identities with names like Prince of Kolkata, Dada, Bengal Tiger, who have participated in 100 or more Tests and 300 or more ODIs.

Ganguly has also been awarded with prestigious awards like Sport Star Person of the Year, Arjuna Award, CEAT Indian Captain of the Year, Padma Shri 2004, Rammohan Roy.
