Content 100 grams of soy chunks 1 teaspoon red pepper powder 25g ginger paste paste 25g garlic 2 medium onions, finely chopped 2 inch cinnamon 10 grams cumin 3 teaspoons coriander 1 teaspoon red chili powder 2 teaspoons seed poppies 1 Black pepper powder 30 g roasted gram flour cinnamon 4-5 green cardamom ½ nutmeg 1 mace 200 g ghee 100 g curd 1 teaspoon kewda water salt to taste

Method of preparation - For this, first soak the soya chunks in hot water for 5 minutes and then remove the water from it. After this, to make marinade, mix ginger, garlic paste and salt in a bowl and then apply this marinade properly on the soya chunks and then keep them in the fridge for 5-6 hours. After that, lightly roast the poppy seeds on a hot pan and make a month paste, and fry nutmeg and cumin seeds separately and make a fine paste. After this, cut fine slices of onion and heat a little ghee in a pan on a gas. After this, fry the onion in ghee till it becomes golden brown.

Then make this onion a paste. Now put the soya chunks in the ghee and stir for 2 minutes. Now after this, add a paste of spices and stir it for a few more minutes and add the paste that was prepared to marinate the onion paste, salt, whipped curd and soya chunks, if it has survived. Now cook all the things while running for 4-5 minutes and then add 1 cup of water to it and cook for 5-6 minutes. After this, dissolve the roasted gram flour in half a cup of water and put it in the pan and cook it for 4-5 minutes. Now turn down the heat. After this, cook the korma till it becomes thick and then add water to the kevda and take out the pan from the heat. Soya boti kebab korma is ready.
