SP workers said that the foundation of Kanpur Metro was laid by former UP CM and SP chief Akhilesh Yadav and PM Modi is inaugurating it.

During investigation, the police found that this car belonged to Ankur Patel, former district secretary and SP leader of SP Backward Classes cell and he had put the BJP flag on his vehicle as part of the conspiracy. Police said that the purpose of this vandalism was to incite BJP workers who reached the rally, so that violence could be incited in PM Modi's rally.
