New Delhi: The CBI court is likely to pronounce its verdict after 27 years in the Babri Masjid demolition case in Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh. The decision is going to be pronounced on 30th September. Some of the main people are guilty in this case. The names are former deputy prime minister and Home Minister Lal Krishna Advani, former governor and UP CM Kalyan Singh, BJP leader Vinay Katiyar, former union minister and former CM of Madhya Pradesh Uma Bharti. The CBI had filed a charge sheet against 49 accused in the case, out of which 17 persons have died so far.

The verbal debate on behalf of the defence and prosecution has been completed in a special CBI court on Tuesday. Now, a special CBI court will pronounce its verdict in the case by 30th September. Since September 2, the court has already begun to write its verdict. Special Judge Surendra Kumar Yadav has issued an order that letters should be produced before him for writing a judgement. A total of 49 FIRs were lodged in the case of demolition of the disputed structure on 6th December 1992.

Thereafter, an FIR was lodged with Priyananda Nath Shukla at Thana Ram Janmabhoomi in Faizabad. The second FIR was lodged Ganga Prasad Tiwari. The remaining 47 FIRs were also lodged by different journalists and photographers on different dates. On October 5, 1993, the CBI had filed a charge sheet against a total of 49 accused in the case after investigation and 17 of them died during the hearing.
