Mathura: The District Judge court on Thursday has given the next date for hearing of the case on the Sri Krishna Virajman case in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. The matter will now be heard on January 7, 2021. The hearing was to be held in the district judge's court on Thursday, but it has been postponed till the next date.

It is worth mentioning that on the last date only three of the four counterparties could be presented. While the court issued summons to all four. Sri Krishna Virajman, through his Sakhi lawyer Ranjana Agnihotri and other devotees, has requested the court to reject the decree (judicial decision) made through a 1967 civil claim in which a decision was taken on 13.37 acres of land. In this case, the plaintiffs appointed the chairman of the UP Sunni Sental Waqf Board, Committee of Management Trust Shahi Idgah Mosque Secretary, Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi Trust Managing Trustee and Sri Krishna Janmasthan Seva Sansthan Secretary.

The district judge's court sent summonses to all of them. On the previous date, no one appeared in the court on behalf of Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi Trust Managing Trustee Anurag Dalmiya. District Government Advocate (DGC) Shivram Tarkar said that the preliminary round of action is going on in the court.
