Srinagar: Tourists and Amarnath yatris in Jammu and Kashmir have been adviced to leave Kashmir. The companies are taking advantage of it and charging the desired price. The prices of tickets for flights from Srinagar to Delhi are rising rapidly. On Friday, while the number of rupees for Delhi from Srinagar was around Rs 4,000, it has risen to over 8,000 rupees on Saturday and over 20,000 rupees on Sunday.

While the flight fare from Srinagar to Delhi has reached Rs 18,289 at 11.10 a.m. on Sunday, the flight fare for 'Vairtara' has gone up to Rs 17,306.  The price of 'Spice Jet' and 'Air Asia' tickets are also over Rs 10,000, when the price of a Delhi flight from Srinagar is usually around Rs 4,000.

However, as reports of deployment of 35 thousand troops in Kashmir began to pick up in the media, a stampede broke out in the valley. Long queues are installed at ATMs and petrol pumps. The stranded tourists are suddenly wanting to leave Srinagar and come to Delhi, which is taking the desired benefits.
