Chennai: The teaser for Baahubali fame director SS Rajamouli's upcoming film 'RRR' comes two days ago. The teaser revealed the role of Junior NTR. He is seen in the role of tribal legend Kumaram Bheem. In this teaser, he is seen wearing a white kurta and a Muslim hat in the role of Kumaram Bheem. Now, the tribals have objected to it.

RRR is built on the lives of ideal personalities like Kumaram Bheem and Allussery Sitaram Raju and explains the socio-economic conditions during their time. Several tribal groups have protested against the showing of Kumaram Bheem wearing a Muslim hat. The tribals say that Kumaram Bheem had fought for the rights of water, forests and land from the Nizam's army.

Rajamouli has shown Kumaram Bheem fighting for "water, jungle and land". However, it is not yet known what is the purpose behind Kumaram Bheem appearing to be wearing a Muslim hat.  In a tweet, Pedor Sungu, a tribal youth from Adilabad district, tagged Junior NTR and wrote that Kumaram had no "Muslim role" in Bheem's history. Sungu has expressed displeasure over Kumaram Bheem's Muslim show.
