In Jharkhand's largest hospital RIMS, once again the information about how wrong treatment is done with patients. Here, the doctor advised patient to do a CT scan of the head with serious head injury. But neither a stretcher or a wheel chair was provided to him from the old building of the hospital to the CT scan building. Trying here and there, the family of the patients tired and took him on a CT scan on foot. During this time, the patient had to suffer a lot.
Suddenly it started raining in the middle, then the family members of the patients started hiding his heads from the medical slip so that rain water would not fall on the head wound. Pradeep, originally from Gaya city in Bihar, was admitted to RIMS after suffering a serious head injury. Here, the doctors attended him and asked him to do a CT scan of his head. Critically ill Pradeep could not even get a wheel chair to be scanned in the health map. His relatives who came with him told that the hospital staff kept rotating them from here to there for stretchers. They pleaded with a stretcher or wheelchair with folded hands to everyone, but nobody helped.
The statement of Dr. Prabhat Kumar, convener of RIMS Corona Task Force and President of RIMS Physician Teachers Association has come out. In which he has said that this should not happen to any patient. He said that he would talk to the Superintendent and Director about this. The truth of RIMS is that the corona center of the hospital was exposed to the treatment of a patient who had fallen out of bed, and now not providing a single stretcher or wheelchair for a CT scan to a patient who is suffering from serious head injury shows distressed health services.
