In the divorce case of Tej Pratap Yadav, son of Rashtriya Janata Dal supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav and Aishwarya Rai caused the conflict between the two families which is now seen falling on the lower level of language. Recently, Aishwarya's father used objectionable words for Rabri Devi, while Lalu's daughter and Rajya Sabha MP Misa Bharti questioned the rites of Chandrika Rai, Aishwarya's father. She also said that his and his whole family's mental balance has deteriorated. On this Chandrika Rai told Misa a liar.

In the midst of a quarrel between the families of Lalu Prasad Yadav and Chandrika Rai, Lalu family's daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai is lying on the road. Aishwarya's mother-in-law Rabri Devi sent this stuff to her daughter-in-law's whom Aishwarya's father Chandrika Rai has refused to take. These goods are currently lying in the Shastrinagar police station of Patna.

Lalu Prasad Yadav married son Tej Pratap Yadav with pomp. He had created ballads in praise of daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai. It was said that 'Laxminia' daughter-in-law has come to the house. Then, that picture of Aishwarya with husband Tej Pratap also went viral, in which both were seen riding a bicycle together. Everything seemed fine in both of their lives that suddenly a one-day earthquake occurred. Tej Pratap filed a divorce case within 6 months of marriage. In the initial phase of this high-profile case of divorce, it seemed that Tej Pratap was not getting the support of the family.

Angered Tej Pratap met his father Lalu while crying and left home and took the path of Mathura-Vrindavan. After this, he returned to Patna on the day of the divorce hearing, but never went home. Since then, Tej Pratap left the home of his mother Rabri Devi and started living in a separate bungalow. Meanwhile, daughter-in-law Aishwarya stayed in the official residence of her mother-in-law, Rabri Devi. It is said that Tej Pratap had a condition that he would not return to his mother's bungalow until Aishwarya would leave.
