In Rajasthan, 246 grain and agricultural produce mandis are closed for 4 consecutive days. The shutdown of the mandis has affected the business of 2000 crores rupees. The livelihood of four lakh people has been affected by the protest being conducted in protest against the Central Government's Agricultural Produce Trade and Commerce Ordinance-2020. Businessmen are now raising their demand letter to all MPs and MLAs of the state to raise pressure on the Center.

The business of 246 mandis of Rajasthan is closed for 4 days. Officials of the respective mandis are giving memorandum to all 200 MLAs of Rajasthan. Memoirs have also been sent to the MLAs of Jaipur. They have said in the demand letter that the farmers have more faith in the mandis of Rajasthan than in other states. The farmers are happy to bring goods to the market and sell them.

The Mandi fees imposed in the mandis outside the mandis by the Government of India Ordinance 05-06-2020 which is currently 1.60 percent on wheat, paddy, barley, pulses, spices and cotton; 1 percent on oilseeds; And 0.50 percent is payable on jowar, maize, millet and cumin and isabgol and with this, farmers welfare fee is 1 percent; Has ended. Therefore, Mandi fees and farmers welfare fees should also be abolished on the sale and sale of agricultural commodities in the market. But since the mandis will require money for maintenance, administrative expenses and necessary development. For this, eight options have been given by the Rajasthan Foods Trade Association.
