3 May 2016:According to  the police, “A class XII student was brutally cut to death by a group of six youths outside his home in southeast Delhi's Madangir locality”

The died has been recognized as Deepu,the 18 year student from government school.

Citizens told police, “ that the accused persons stabbed him over 40 times, a claim yet to be verified”

As per the senior official, “The incident took place on Friday evening when Deepu received a call and went out.”

Further addind says that, “Minutes later he was seen running towards his residence, chased by a group of six youths. The group got hold of Deepu outside his house, allegedly stabbed him multiple times and fled”

Locals called up police and Deepu was rushed to a hospital where he died amid treatment.

A case of murder has been recorded and police doubts the involvement of some juveniles in the incident.
