New Delhi: The hearing of the country's high profile Sunanda Pushkar murder case is going on in Rouse Avenue Court in Delhi. During the hearing today in the Rouse Avenue Court, Sunanda's brother Ashish Das said in her statement that she (Sunanda) was happy with the married life, but in her last days she was very upset, but she could never thought of committing suicide.

At the same time, in this case, Delhi Police has requested the court to frame charges against Shashi Tharoor under sections 498A and 306. It is noteworthy that her husband and Congress leader Shashi Tharoor are accused in the death of Sunanda Pushkar.  Sunanda Pushkar's name, which has made a different identity in the business, came in the discussion when in 2010 she was married to Congress leader Shashi Tharoor.

On January 17, 2014, only a few years after their marriage, Sunanda's body was recovered from Leela Palace Hotel in Delhi under suspicious circumstances.  Sunanda's death was reported to the police by her husband Shashi Tharoor. Sharoor had told the police that Sunanda was sleeping, even when she was not awake for a long time, she was suspicious. He then called the police.
