In his next tweet, former judge Markandey Katju while giving a disputed statement said, 'I never said that rape is happening only due to unemployment. I strongly condemn the incident of Hathras, but at the same time repeat until such time we reduce or eliminate unemployment, such incidents will continue. Such incidents have been happening for decades, but no one noticed.
