New Delhi: There was a demand from the CBI to investigate the deposition of thousands of people in the Tablighi Jamaat program in Nizamuddin, Delhi. In this regard, a petition was filed in the apex court, on which today the court has issued a notice to the central government. On this matter, the petitioner alleged that Maulana Saad has not come forward yet and the police have not told anything about it yet.

On this, the court said that you are talking about one person, but we are talking on the root problem. On the petition, the apex court has issued a notice to the central government seeking an answer. In two weeks, the central government has to file an answer in court. During the hearing, the Chief Justice (CJI) said that it is not about Maulana Saad, first people gathered in the name of Tablighi Jamaat and then now the farmers have gathered. I do not know if the farmers got protection from Corona?

CJI said that we have to talk on the main problem. The court said that the government should formulate a guideline regarding crowd gathering. The court also said that what did you learn from the incident of Markaz?
