The Supreme Court of India has refused to hear the plea seeking direction to the Center to sue China for compensation of US $ 600 billion in international court (against China) for spreading corona all over the world. The bench of Chief Justice AS Bobde, Justice Dinesh Maheshwari and Justice AS Bopanna said that this petition cannot be considered.

For your information, let us tell you that the petition has claimed that there is strong evidence that Corona got out of the Wuhan Lab of China and it damaged the Indian economy. In the petition filed by petitioner KK Ramesh, resident of Madurai, it has been said that this Chinese virus killed thousands of Indian citizens. Advocate CR Jaya Sukin, appearing for the petitioner, told the court through video conferencing that this petition should be taken as a report of the government.

Apart from this, it has also been alleged in the petition that China deliberately used the corona virus as a biological weapon. Corona spread in many countries of the world along with India. It has also been said in the petition that this deadly virus originated from the city of Wuhan in China, yet it did not spread to its surrounding cities. The petition requested the apex court that at a time when it is difficult for the citizens of the country to approach the ICJ ... the central government should be directed to go to the international court for compensation from China.
