New Delhi: Important hearing is going on in the apex court on Monday about the rising air pollution in the national capital Delhi. During the hearing, the apex court has made strict remarks that this should not happen in a civilized country. The court said in its remarks that "pollution worsens the situation every year in Delhi and we are unable to do anything. This is happening every year and it has been happening for the last 10-14 years. This should not happen, the right to life is the most important".

Earlier in the last hearing, the Supreme Court had asked the central government to appear with the status report. It is noteworthy that the situation of Delhi-NCR is constantly deteriorating due to air pollution. On Monday too, the air quality level in Delhi remains around 500, while the air quality index in Noida, Greater Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad is also around 500. Earlier, light rain on Saturday evening and Sunday morning have become a place of relief for the residents of Delhi-NCR.
