New Delhi: A hearing was held in the Supreme Court on Friday on the agreement reached between the Congress Party and the Communist Party of China. During the hearing, the Chief Justice (CJI) S.A. Bobde said that how can any political party compromise with a government? However, later the lawyer told the court that this agreement is between the two parties. Now the top court has asked to take the matter to the High Court.

Let us tell you that the agreement between the Congress Party and the Chinese Communist Party had come to light between the ongoing tunneling with China. After which this case reached the top court. When the hearing was held today, the Chief Justice said that some things are completely different in the law. How can a political party enter into an agreement with China? We never heard that there was any agreement between a government and a political party of another country.

On this, it has been said on behalf of lawyer Mahesh Jethmalani that this agreement is from one political party to another political party of another country. To which the Chief Justice replied that you did not say this in your petition. We are giving you a chance to amend your petition and withdraw it.
