On Wednesday, the Supreme Court of the country said that the public interest litigation filed to ban the electoral bond scheme will be considered in January. The scheme was brought by political parties to collect funds to contest the election. Advocate Prashant Bhushan, on behalf of an NGO, on behalf of a three-member bench of Chief Justice SA Bobde, Justice BR Gavai and Surya Kant, filed the case. Mentioned and said that around Rs 6,000 crore was collected under this scheme, on which the institutions like Reserve Bank of India and Election Commission disagreed and Is expressed. This PIL has been filed by the NGO Association for Democratic Reforms.
