New Delhi: Today is the 21st day of the agitation of farmers against the three agricultural laws brought by the central government, but there seems to be no way out. Neither the government is showing any interest in withdrawing the law and neither are the farmers in the mood to leave the picket. Meanwhile, today the Supreme Court will decide whether farmers will stay on the border or they will be sent elsewhere.

It is noteworthy that a petition has been filed in the apex court against the agitation of farmers on the Delhi border in protest against the agricultural laws, which is to be heard today. This petition was filed by law student Rishabh Sharma. This petition has demanded the removal of farmers from the Delhi border. Along with this, it has been said that the accumulation of people will increase the risk of spreading corona infection. It was further stated in the petition that it is necessary to remove people because this is causing roadblocks and emergency and medical service is also being affected.

The protesters should be shifted to a place set by the government. Social distancing should be followed and masks used during the performance. So far three petitions have been filed in the apex court relating to the peasant movement. The Bench of Chief Justice SA Bobde, Justice AS Bopanna and Justice V. Ramasubramanian will hear.
