The suicide case of Sushant Singh Rajput has been handed over to the CBI. Now CBI has got the right to investigate in this case. This decision has been pronounced by the Supreme Court today. Many things are continuously coming out after this decision. Now recently the Maharashtra government lawyer said that "We will challenge the verdict". On this matter, the Supreme Court said that "You first read the judgment, then think about filing a review petition".

The Supreme Court said that "This is a 35-page judgment. First, you read it. We have given the verdict after studying every aspect closely". Today the Supreme Court, while giving its verdict, said that "The CBI will now investigate the Sushant Suicide case. The FIR lodged in Patna is law-abiding". After hearing the decision of the Supreme Court, the Nitish government has also given a statement. CM Nitish says that "The CBI inquiry recommended in the case was correct. The Maharashtra government will now have to cooperate in the investigation. The Mumbai Police will have to hand over all the evidence in this case to the CBI".

There are also reports that soon the Maharashtra government can file a review petition in this case. Talking about the Supreme Court, the court has agreed that, "Mumbai Police did not conduct any investigation in this matter. This is a historic decision. This is the first and big step toward justice. Now CBI will start its investigation".
