He said, "According to the information that I have received so far, the Mumbai Police has done the investigation properly and it is not true if the Mumbai Police got defamed by state leaders (BJP leaders)." Apart from this, Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut also said, "The law system in Maharashtra is the best and at the top. Truth and justice always prevail here. There is no one above the law. Our state tradition is that everyone should get justice. The allegations that have been made are not true. I would not like to comment on the Supreme Court's decision. The law experts or the commissioner of Mumbai Police will talk about it".

On the demand of the resignation of Home Minister Anil Deshmukh from BJP, he said, "If the matter of resignation comes then it will go to Delhi. People should comment thoughtfully. The governance and administration of our state are at the highest in this country. Politics is happening in Sushant case from day one. After getting the full judgment, further steps will be taken by the government". Now talking about Sushant's case, now CBI investigation will be done in this case.
