He has issued a press statement. In this statement, he said, 'I am the legal heir of Sushant'.

With this, Sushant's father wrote the statement in a note, in which it is written, "any arrangement that Sushant had during his lifetime for the engagement of any lawyer, Chartered Accountant and other professionals came to an end upon the death of Sushant and thereafter no lawyer, Chartered Accountant or other person is entitled to represent the estate of Sushant without my express consent."

During this time, the court has ordered that the CBI will investigate this case. Now from today CBI is going to investigate this matter. From today CBI will decide what to do.
