Kolkata: A case of murder in film style has come to the fore in West Bengal. In fact, here a husband suspected that his wife was having an illicit relationship with someone. So he made a plan. He planned to kill his wife with betel nut killer. On the day of the incident, the wife and child had gone for a ride on a motorcycle and two betel nut killers were also following them. Bullets were fired from the bike. The woman was shot in the chest and back, due to which she died on the spot.
According to the report, after this incident, the husband tried to give a different look to the whole matter, but later it was revealed in the police interrogation. First the husband was arrested by the police and after that two betel nut killers were also nabbed. It has come to know that the husband got his wife murdered by getting money, because he suspected that his wife was having an illicit relationship. A similar complaint was made against a youth named Masu Sheikh.
Malda's Additional Superintendent of Police Sou Amit Kumar said that on the evening of 25th evening, Anjur Bibi, her son and husband Masu Sheikh were going from Raipur area to Rahmat Nagar of Mahishbathani on a motorcycle in Shimuldhap area of old Malda police station area. Meanwhile, two bike-borne youths opened fire on the housewife. Police told that the woman died on the way to the hospital. Malda district police started investigation. On investigation, the woman's husband named Masu Sheikh and two youths of the area, Ajit and Hazrat Singh, have been arrested.
