Prayagraj: Swamy Chinmayanand, accused of raping a student of law, has got bail from Allahabad High Court. Against Chinmayananda, in 2011, his disciple was accused of taking hostage, raping, trying to kill himself tightly with a rope around his neck and repeated abortions. At the same time it is also being said that Shishya had filed a report on this matter on 30 November 2011 at Chowk Kotwali. In this, the investigating officer had presented the charge sheet of rape and bullying against Chinmayanand in the court. In order to avoid arrest in this case, Chinmayanand had taken a stay from Allahabad High Court from 25 July 2018.

Those accused of extortion from Chinmayanand are to be produced today: For the information, let us tell you that the accused of extortion case of former Union Minister of State for Home Affairs, Chinmayanand, for the five crore rupees case, is to be produced in the CJM court of Shahjahanpur on Monday. Sanjay Singh, Vikram Singh, resident of Ghantiabad, Sachin Sengar alias Sonu, a resident of LLM and a resident of village Banthara in police station Tilhar area, are accused of demanding ransom of Rs 5 crore from Chinmayananda in this case going on in CJM court.

It is also being said that the SIT had filed a charge sheet in the court on November 6 in this case. All the extortion accused are out of jail after getting bail from Allahabad High Court. At the same time, Chinmayanand was still in jail on charges of raping an LLM student and he will also come out of jail today after getting bail from Allahabad High Court.
