In the latest episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, Taarak comes back to his house where Anjali is seen seething with rage. She asks him about her present, Taarak tells her that he could not find it. Taarak tells her that they went looking for the safai karamchari throughout and watched him in the city but they could not find the gift. He regrets to Anjali and how he was wrong and that how he can still feel her love. Anjali laughed loudly and tells him he is so cute and then explains that the gift is with her. She tells them how the safaie karamchari returned the gift to her.

Anjali tells him that she was taking his test and is happy that he passed the test. She also thanked Jethalal for helping Taarak and then he says this is what true friends are for. Anjali shows them the leaf art gift she had made for her husband. Taarak and Jethalal appreciated  Anjali for the gift.

Jethalal runs to meet Bhide and tells him they are happy that they finally got the gift. Babita Ji and Madhavi ask Jethalal come and ask him about the entire event and are also relieved that they finally found the gift. He narrates the entire incident to them. Jethalal tells Babita Ji that he has given today's good though. 

Popatlal comes with the dabba and Madhavi invites everyone for tea. Jethalal leaves for his shop. At the shop, Bagga and Nattu kaka are making plans to welcome their Seth jail in a special manner on New Year. By mistake, a glass with rose sharbat falls on the floor and they get worried. They clean the floor before Jethalal's arrival. Jethalal slips on the wet floor.
