Kanwalpreet Singh spoke about the character that he played in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah as Tinchu. He said, "I played the role of Tinchu, a photographer who was a close friend of Sodhi. Tinchu used to leave all his things to help Sodhi whenever he was in problem. Bonding with Tinchu and Sodhi was like 'jigri yar'. My role received a lot of appreciation and love. I enjoyed playing the character and working with the whole crew and cast of the show."

Kanwalpreet Singh, who was seen in TMKOC, said that the show has stood the test of time. As Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah completes 14 years today (July 28), the actor congratulated the team and wished those best wishes and all the love.

He further spoke about the show and how blessed he was to be a part of it. The actor said, "I'm lucky that I got to be a part of this wonderful show for a few episodes. This show came to me as a favor and a fruit of my patience and hard work. TMKOC will always be a turning point in my career, as the show gave a start to my acting career. This is without a doubt one of my most productive and wonderful career time period spent on the sets of TMKOC."

He further stated, "I consider myself lucky and blessed that I got a chance to work with such skilled actors and crew who work together as a family to create beauty on screen. Not many shows come this far in the industry but TMKOC as a show has proved its courage and stood the test of patience.”

Kanwalpreet has also been a part in shows like Rab Se Sona Ishq, Nadaan Parindey, Code Red, Savdhaan India, and Crime Patrol. He has also acted in Punjabi films and television shows such as Vilayti Bhabhi, and he made an interesting appearance in Tiger Shroff's Heropanti 2. He is currently playing the role of Goldy in the new show, Channa Mereya.
