Kabul: America has ended its campaign in Afghanistan after two decades. But those who are trapped there under the Taliban-run regime. They are facing difficult times. In fact, Taliban militants are door-to-door searching for people who assisted U.S. and allied forces, pasting a letter or, say, a notice outside the homes of people who warn of 'surrender or die'.

According to media reports, notices pasted on doors have asked people to go to courts called by the Taliban to punish them. The notice warns that the death penalty will be awarded if he does not appear before the court. The owner of a construction company that assisted the British Army to build a road in Helmand province told the media that it was hidden because it did not want to die. The 34-year-old also said that the notice, which was put outside his house, was also stamped with a Taliban seal.

Meanwhile, a man working as a translator for the British Army said the notice called him a 'spy of infidels'. He has been warned to hand himself over to the Taliban or fall asleep in death.
