Tamil Nadu inaugurates smart classrooms in Administrative staff college

Chennai: M K Stalin, the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, inaugurated smart classrooms at the Anna Administrative Staff College here on Monday. The Anna Administrative Staff College provides training to government employees at various levels in order to equip them with administrative concepts.

Apart from the smart classrooms, the Chief Minister also unveiled newly built hostel facilities worth Rs 8.74 crore. The event was attended by Finance Minister Palanivel Thiaga Rajan, Chief Secretary V Irai Anbu, and Mythili K Rajendran, Secretary, Human Resource Management.

The Anna Administrative Staff College in the city is the major training college for all government workers.

In 1981, Anna Administrative Staff College was founded. The Anna Administrative Staff College is a state administrative training college managed by the Union Government Employees and Training Department and the Government of Tamil Nadu, and it is the top training institute for all types of civil officials from the Ministry to All India Civil Servants.
