Tapsee Pannu who performs former cricketer Mithali Raj in her biopic has recently confessed in an interview that she was unaware of the existence of women's cricket team in India till the year 2017. The actor stated she was ‘embarrassed about the fact that she didn’t know in regards to the girls’ group till 5 years in the past

Tapsee in a recent interview said “I have to confess that I solely discovered that we even have a ladies’ cricket group in 2017.
