On Wednesday, leading realty firm Tata Housing launched an online campaign to sell completed housing units in 17 of its projects, in which prospective buyers would have to pay 10% to book their flats immediately and the remaining money next year. It will have to give in January.

The customer has time till June 15, in which he will see the flat and will tell him whether to continue booking. In case of any uncertainty, the customer is at liberty to get 100% return on EOI (expression of interest).
