TCS inaugurates its global co-innovation centre Pace Port in the US

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), India's largest IT services company, has launched TCS Pace Port, its fourth worldwide co-innovation centre, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The centre is located on the campus of Carnegie Mellon University.

TCS said, the centre will bring together the ecosystems of local start-ups, entrepreneurs, students, and educators to address crucial enterprise challenges. TCS Pace Port will focus on innovation in the industrial and utilities sectors, with an enhanced emphasis on the Internet of Things (IoT) and artificial intelligence (AI), said the IT major.

A TCS Academic Research Lab is one of the new co-innovation center's major competencies, allowing researchers and specialists to receive exposure in fields such as AI, blockchain, advanced analytics, cyber security, and quantum computing.

TCS Innovation Showcase, a presentation and interaction facility that lets clients see the phases of their digital transformation journey; and TCS Co-Innovation Network Accelerator, a programme for start-ups, technology partners, CMU students and faculty, and TCS professionals.

By combining these two factors, Pennsylvania will remain at the forefront of the industrial business.
