As we all know that a case registered against a ( TDP )Telugu Desam Party senior leader and Sangam Dairy chairman Dhulipalla Narendra Kumar In Andhra Pradesh High Court, On Tuesday in this case ed a setback issued to leader when it struck down his quash petition. Here it is to be noted that Justice R. Raghunandan Rao directed the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) to submit a counter affidavit by May 5 and adjourned the matter. To be noted that Narendra had earlier filed a petition in the High Court seeking to strike down the FIR registered against him by the ACB.

For your information let us share here that he was arrested for alleged financial irregularities in Sangam Dairy in Vadlamudi, Guntur district and was sent to Rajahmundry Central Jail on remand along with two others accused in the same case by the Special Judge for ACB on April 23. However, The ACB sought custody of the former Ponnur MLA Narendra, who is A1 in the Sangam Dairy financial and administrative irregularities case along with the Managing Director P Gopala Krishna.
