Amritsar: A hallmark of how the Congress, which has given its support to every protest being organized against the central government, represses common people and protesters in 'its' states, has come to the fore on social media. In the viral picture, Punjab Police is seen dragging the general public, dragging them along with them. It is to be noted that these people are not criminals but teachers, who were protesting against the arbitrariness of the Channi government.

The incident happened on Tuesday (14, December 2021), when the state CM Channi had gone to lay the foundation stone of a cement factory. Meanwhile, some unemployed teachers reached the spot and raised slogans against the government. After this the state police force allegedly silenced these teachers and dragged them away from the venue of CM Channi. According to the information, when CM Channi was addressing from the stage, at the same time these teachers raised slogans. Seeing this, CM Channi said from the stage that two or four such people come everywhere. Channi supporters started shouting 'Congress Zindabad' slogans so that no one could hear the voice of the protesting teachers.

Now the video of misbehavior with teachers is going viral on social media. Journalist Sushant Sinha, while sharing the news related to the incident on his account, wrote that, 'Democracy of Congress in Punjab. If the unemployed wanted to raise their voice in front of the CM, see in the picture how the police kept silent. Was pulled and removed from the venue. The 'Bol Ki Lab Azad Hain Tere' gang will smell a snake on it just like it was sniffed at the performance of the unemployed in Rajasthan.'
