New Delhi: The second test of the four-match series between India and Australia will begin in Melbourne tomorrow. It is being called the Boxing Day Test due to the start of the next day of Christmas. A day before the match, the Indian team has announced its playing eleven. Ajinkya Rahane will be the captain of Team India in place of regular captain Virat Kohli in the match.
For the Melbourne Test, the Indian cricket team has made four major changes in its playing eleven. The team consists of Shubman Gill, Rishabh Pant, Ravindra Zaja and Mo. Siraj. In the second Test, team India's young batsman Shuman Gill will get a chance to make a debut. In place of Prithvi Shaw, Shuman Gill has been inducted into playing eleven. He will start the innings with Mayank Agarwal replacing Prithvi Shaw. Fast-bowler Mo. Siraj will also get a chance to make a test tomorrow. Rishabh Pant has been inducted into playing eleven as wicketkeeper-batsman.
