Zurich: President Ramnath Kovind's aircraft Air India-One flight halted for three hours due to technical glitch. This incident has come out from Zurich, Switzerland. President Kovind is currently travelling abroad to three countries. His flight from Switzerland was scheduled to leave for Slovenia. It was here that engineers got information about the 'rudder fault' in his flight, after which his flight halted for three hours.

President Ram Nath Kovind left for a tour of three countries - Iceland, Switzerland and Slovenia - on Sunday night. At the moment, he was going to visit two countries and finally went to Slovenia, when information about his plane malfunction was received. After completing the Slovenia tour, President Ramnath Kovind will return home on September 17.

Earlier on Saturday, Pakistan turned down New Delhi's request to allow President Ram Nath Kovind's aircraft to fly from its airspace. A news channel quoted Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi as saying, "Islamabad rejects New Delhi's request citing human rights violations in Indian occupied Kashmir".
