Patna: Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav has given a return gift on Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's statement on succession. Tejashwi said that he is our guardian and we are working under his leadership. Along with this, the RJD leader said that we will work further and more strongly. Earlier, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar had said on Tuesday that Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav would lead the Grand Alliance in 2025. He said that only he has to take the Grand Alliance forward. Nitish Kumar gave this statement because of the meeting of the Legislature Party of the Grand Alliance.

Nitish Kumar took a meeting before the winter session of the assembly on Tuesday. It became clear from Nitish's statement that the 2025 assembly elections would be fought under the leadership of Tejashwi Yadav. All seven allies of the Grand Alliance participated in this meeting. Nitish Kumar once again said that he is not in the Prime Ministerial race. He said that my target is to remove BJP in 2024 and not to become PM. It should be noted that in August, Nitish Kumar left the BJP and joined the Grand Alliance.

Earlier, Nitish Kumar had talked about promoting Tejashwi Yadav even after inaugurating the Dental College in Rahui, Nalanda. He had said - Tejashwi Ji is ours. We are taking him absolutely forward. I have done what I wanted to do, I have to do more. You guys are understanding one thing at a time. We are trying to work. People of Nalanda should not worry about development in the future, because Tejashwi Yadav will continue to take forward the work he is doing for development. We had to do service, we did it. During this Tejashwi Yadav was present there. After the meeting, Nitish Kumar said that no one should talk nonsense about the liquor ban, because the liquor ban was done with everyone's support. He said- We implemented a liquor ban in Bihar following the principles of Mahatma Gandhi. If there was no liquor ban, there used to be a lot of quarrels. Everything is fine now and everything will be fine in the future as well.
