Patna: The opposition has come together to attack the UP government after mafia dons Atiq Ahmed and Ashraf were shot dead in police custody outside Colvin Hospital in Uttar Pradesh's Prayagraj. Akhilesh Yadav and Owaisi have also started looking for a Muslim angle in this. However, earlier, these people used to say that criminals have no religion, but now they are clearly seeing Muslims in the past, and by making India Hindu-Muslim, these politicians are trying to provoke the minority community of the country.

Meanwhile, now Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader and Bihar's deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav has also given a statement on this. Tejashwi says that this is not the funeral of Atiq ji, but the funeral of the law. Describing the death of Atiq Ahmed as scripted, Tejashwi has raised questions on law and order in UP. Speaking to the media on Monday (April 17), Tejashwi Yadav said, "If you see what happened in UP, it is not Atiq ji's funeral, but the law's funeral." Tejashwi claimed that, if there have been murders in police custody, most of them have happened in UP. This has been done keeping in mind its cheap popularity."

Tejashwi said, "Everyone knows how the governance is going on in UP. If this had happened in the states of the opposition parties, then all the people would not have remained silent; there would have been an uproar; human rights would have come; automatically, cognizance would have been taken; but terrorists are not seen. Tejashwi Yadav said, "We make it clear to you that whether it is Atiq ji or his family, a murderer is a murderer, and there should be no sympathy. But if someone kills like this while in police custody, then questions are bound to arise. Is. It seemed completely scripted. We are saying that crime and criminals should be eradicated, but there is a way, isn't there, brother? This is not a method.
