Patna: RJD leader and former deputy chief minister Tejashwi Yadav is once again in discussions over his statement. He has tweeted once again about the prohibition on Wednesday and has taken chief minister Nitish Kumar to his target. He has disclosed the case of liquor recovery from the school of Minister Ramsurat Rai's brother Hanslal Rai and wrote in his tweet that "Not only Hanslal Rai is the accused in this case but also the minister's nephew has been made an accused.''

The leader of the opposition in the Bihar assembly said in a press conference that liquor was recovered in a school owned by Hanslal Rai. About five months have passed, but so far the minister's brother and nephew have not been arrested nor have the police station been opened on that premises. The pickup van which was also seized during the liquor recovery is also of the minister's brother. At the same time, the Tejashwi Yadav also said, "The government is adopting a dual policy on the prohibition. The prohibition was imposed in Bihar on 1st April. Five years of prohibition law will be completed in April of this year.'' He further warned, "If the liquor is not opened in the recovery premises by April one, the RJD and the Grand Alliance people will cover around the Chief Minister's residence.''

He advised the chief minister, saying, "If the minister's brother and the devotees are not arrested in the case till this April, the Chief Minister should open a contract in the residence. At the same time, open one contract in the house of the entire minister.'' He also appealed to the people of Bihar and said, "If the police station is not opened in the premises of the minister's brother, the people should file a case against the chief minister whose property has been confiscated under the prohibition law." Liquor was recovered in a school complex in the Muzaffarpur district in the past. In this case, it is alleged that the campus is of the brother of Minister Ramsurat Rai.
