For your information, let me tell you that the relationship between Tejapratap and Aishwarya was soured after few days of marriage and Tejapratap decided to divorce Aishwarya Rai. Tej Pratap Yadav granted a divorce application 1208/18 under the Hindu Marriage Act 13 (1A) to wife Aishwarya Rai in the court of Chief Justice, Family Court, Patna, on which the hearing is going on. Tej Pratap Yadav was pressurized by the Lalu family to withdraw the divorce, but he is not going to change his decision in any way.

Tej Pratap Yadav's family has filed a divorce petition in the court of the Chief Justice of the court, in which they have described the basis of the divorce as 'cruel behavior' of wife Aishwarya Rai.
